There’s no right way to come up with innovative ideas, but it certainly helps to get inspired with a set of guidelines.

Pick a challenge
Check out the challenges, and pick one that interests you most.

Come up with an innovative idea
Decide whether you’d like to work as a team or go solo, and start brainstorming. While you’re welcome to take any approach, we suggest using the Idea Builder. Plan on about four hours from start to finish.

Submit your idea
A panel of judges will evaluate every submission. The best idea submitted for a challenge wins an $1800 cash prize, the next best ideas take home 300$.
Hold onto your hats and glasses. It’s time to start brainstorming. Now’s the time to go big and bold with your ideas and get wildly creative.
16 DecThrow your hat in the ring by submitting your idea to participate in the World Series of Innovation.
27 JanAll initial submissions are reviewed by our judges based on a set of criteria. The Top 10 for each challenge move on to the next round.
14 FebThe Top 10 for each challenge are asked to refine their ideas and then submit for the final round of judging.
4 MarAfter reviewing the second submission, judges select the winners for each challenge.
18 MarWinners each receive a cash prize of $1800 (split evenly between members for teams of two or three people) plus bragging rights.
